Step 1| Schedule a free 15 minute consultation
Meet virtually with a licensed BIPOC therapist who will discuss your needs & give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. You will also answer a few questions that will help determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.
Step 2| Complete the intake process
Schedule & attend your first therapy session which will involve getting acquainted, reviewing intake paperwork, & setting intentions. You & your therapist will determine how often you will meet & discuss how you can work towards your goals between sessions.
Step 3| Begin your healing journey
You will meet regularly with your therapist who will provide a safe space for you to share, process, & cope with what you are facing. We will get feedback from you about your experience in therapy regularly to make sure your needs are being met.
